The cultivation is being made with respect for the environment, without chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
It is collected from our olive groves and the olives are transported directly to our olive mill.
The production and standardization of Plakias premium organic extra virgin olive oil taking place at our modern facilities which ensure the best quality of the produced product and the oiling is being processed on the same day using the cold pressing method.
Plakias premium organic extra virgin olive oil is stored in special tanks.
Finally, the standardization and packaging are always being made under strict hygiene conditions, for the good preservation of all the nutrients for a high nutritional value. The olive oil standardization and bottling unit has ISO 22000 : 2018 certification
