Thyme and oregano and extra virgin Plakias Olive Oil elevate its taste. The potatoes are also flavored with thyme, oregano and extra virgin Olive Oil Plakias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Squeeze the lemons. Pour extra virgin Plakias Olive Oil, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper into the lemon juice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put the lamb, which we have cut into portions, in a pan and pour the mixture with the lemon juice. Mix to cover all the lamb with our mixture. Leave it in the fridge for an hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One hour later, we cut our potatoes. Add <strong>extra virgin Plakias Olive Oil<\/strong>, thyme, salt, pepper and oregano to the potatoes. Stir to get the herbs everywhere and add our potatoes to the pan with the lamb and a little water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour. After 1 hour, lower the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius and continue baking for another half hour.
